About the event
We will need help getting both horses and the buggy into the trailer in the morning. We plan on starting feeding, watering the other equines at by 7am, and have the trailer loaded by 8am-8:15am. We will then head into Deming (about 25 min drive) to the staging area at Starmax. We will try to find parking and space to unload. Last year it was pretty busy so the team will need to handle multiple things going on at once including crowd control. If you plan on helping us you will need to be at the Ranch by 8am to follow us into Deming...as it is too crowded to try to "find" our volunteers at the parade staging.
We will have Ronin driving the buggy, and Kona on the meadowbrook cart. Drivers will switch as needed, to give everyone a chance to drive, but saftely will be our biggest concern,…
